An independent assessment of your marketing, and a prioritised recommendation for what to change next. One offer, one buyer, delivered in writing. No calls.
AI made it cheap to produce more: more posts, more pages, more versions of the offer. It didn't make it any easier to know which of them deserves the work. Most founders who sell expertise aren't short of activity. They're unsure what to change first, so they change everything a little, or the wrong thing a lot.
AI makes execution cheaper. The expensive mistake is executing the wrong marketing strategy faster.
You choose the offer and the buyer it's for. I read your materials and the evidence you send across four areas, then pick the one that matters most right now.
Who it's for, in their words, and whether a stranger could repeat what you do.
What you lead with, what it's compared against, and what backs it up.
Whether what you publish leads the right people toward the offer, or just gets liked.
If you use AI in your marketing, one current workflow: what it should keep doing, and what needs your judgment.
I assess several areas to choose one priority, not to rebuild your whole business. If the AI workflow isn't relevant to you, it's left out and the other three get the time.
A recommendation can be clear without claiming more than the evidence shows. Every finding says what it rests on, so you can weigh it yourself.
Sometimes the right answer is "don't rewrite anything yet. First collect evidence from your last five buyers." If that's the answer, that's what you'll get, with the exact questions to ask them.
I use AI the way I'd recommend you do: for the routine parts, like organising your materials. The assessment and the recommendations are mine.
A short form below: what you sell and to whom, your site, the decision you're stuck on. Two minutes.
A yes with the next steps, or a no and the reason. I only take Diagnostics I'm confident I can help with.
A payment link comes with the yes. Nothing is charged before that.
Your materials plus real evidence: recent inquiries, the words clients use, objections you hear, testimonials, any numbers you track.
Your Diagnostic, in writing, within five business days of a complete intake.
One round of written clarification once you've read it.
Two minutes. I read every application myself and reply within two business days.
I'll reply within two business days, with a yes and the next steps, or a no and the reason. If you don't hear from me, check your spam folder for cornelius@vizenio.com.
A plan. The diagnosis is there to justify one priority, three actions and a thirty-day order. You can act on it alone, and it's written so you can.
Because written reasoning is easier to check, share with your team and come back to than a conversation. Everything a call would give you is covered: the fit form, the intake, and a written clarification round. If you'd like to ask something before applying, email cornelius@vizenio.com.
The materials for the offer you choose (site, profile, sales page, recent content) and some real evidence: recent inquiries, the words clients use, objections, testimonials, any numbers you track. The five days start once that's in.
No. One offer for one primary buyer. That limit is what lets it be specific. If you have two offers, start with the one that matters most this quarter.
Most people carry it out themselves, and the Diagnostic is built for that. Occasionally, when it shows a decision big enough to need it, I offer a fixed-length Async Strategy Sprint on that one decision. It's by invitation, never an automatic next step.
For the routine parts, like organising your materials, yes, the way I'd recommend you use it. The assessment and the recommendations are mine.
You pay only after I've accepted your application, so you can ask anything first. Because the work is written for you, it isn't refunded once the assessment has started.
